Welcome to "S.L.A.M. Stronger," programming designed for the expecting mom who wants to continue S.L.A.M.ing during their pregnancy.
We'll build a strong foundation while learning about anatomy changes, core and pelvic floor demands, proper technique, modifying, and more. Programming will compliment S.L.A.M. classes and provide additional 1:1 support.
1:1 training sessions will be scheduled outside of class hours.
