How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Is there a chance to make new friends for me or my little one?
Yes! This is an amazing part of our community. After every class, we head to the playground so moms can connect and kids can play. Organized playgroups and activities are planned multiple times each month. We also have Mom's Nights Out, book club, run club, and more.
What sets you apart from other gyms or fitness programs?
We meet outdoors year-round to enjoy the benefits of fresh air, Vitamin D, and endorphins combined.
How often do you recommend coming?
We encourage moms to come as often as their schedule allows. At the beginning, we recommend starting with 2-3 classes a week.
What qualifications do the coaches have to train pregnant and postpartum women?
We are proud to lead with knowledgeable coaches to serve pregnant and newly postpartum moms. Outside of holding nationally accredited fitness certifications, our instructors are specially trained to work with this population and many hold higher certifications. All of our instructors are moms, too
Do I have to be fit to join?
No, our programming is meant to meet you where you are. We are better together and you will grow strong quickly! Each workout is scalable for any fitness level and all seasons of motherhood. You will have time to work with the coaches during class.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class programming will keep you (and your stroller) on the go. Classes are structured to include conditioning as well as strength exercises while learning the proper technique and form. You will find the same movements you love in HIIT, weightlifting, run training, endurance training, and more.
What should I bring to my first class?
Bring a yoga mat (or towel) and a set of dumbbells (5s, 8s, or 10s recommended). Coaches have extras if needed. If bringing kids with you, a sturdy stroller is needed for all kids 4 and under.
